Q: What is Priceless Sydney?
A: Priceless Sydney is a new MasterCard program that allows all MasterCard cardholders to experience priceless offers, from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, sporting events and much more.
A: The offers on the site are only available to MasterCard cardholders, and access to these offers are based on your card type. For example, if you have a Gold, Platinum or World MasterCard card you will have access to additional offers that are not available to all card types.
We require registration from all cardholders in order to redeem an offer.
Q: I am nervous about submitting my personal information for registration.
Q: Why did the site show my MasterCard card as invalid?
A: You only need to enter the first 6 digits of your MasterCard. If your card is a MasterCard card but is not being recognised, please re-try. If you receive the same message, please complete the Contact Us online form here and we will investigate.

Q: Will my account be deleted due to inactivity?
A: No, you can log in and go to your Profile to manage your account at any time. If you’d like to delete your account, simply contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.
Q: How do I know whether I have a Standard, Gold, Platinum or World MasterCard card?
A: If you have a World or Platinum MasterCard, the front or back of your card should state your card type. If you have a Standard or Gold MasterCard and are unsure of your card type, please call your financial institution directly to confirm.
Q: Will my password ever expire?
Q: What happens if I sign up to receive emails?
A: You sign up for email alerts based on the categories that you have selected as your preferences. The emails will keep you in the know regarding new offers or experiences that have been added to the www.pricelesssydney.com.au website.
Q: Why do I need to register?
A: We require registration from all cardholders in order to redeem offers based on your card type.
When you register, you can also choose to sign up for email communications for MasterCard offers and experiences here. We are constantly updating the site with new offers, content and experiences.
Q: What if I have a MasterCard card from another country?
A: This program is for Australian cardholders only.
Q: I have a World MasterCard card, why did the system say I do not have one?
A: If your card is a World MasterCard card but is not being recognised, please re-try and if you receive the same message, please complete the Contact Us online form here and we will investigate.
Q: How do I log in to my Priceless Sydney account?
A: You will be prompted to enter your name and password (which you provided when you first registered). If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘forgot password’ link and you will be prompted through the steps to reset your password.
Q: How do I update my personal account information?
A: To update your personal information, please log into your Priceless Sydney account then click on your ‘Profile Details’ tab. This is where you can update your personal information, from your email address and your post code to your password and your account preferences.
Please note that any changes you make to your password will be effective the next time you sign in.
Q: Can I register multiple cards?
A: No, you cannot register more than one MasterCard card. However you can update you card details in the Profile section of the website.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Simply log in to your account and go to the Profile section to change your password.
Q: My Code/voucher/email/QR doesn’t work?
A: Please email our merchant/retail partner in the first instance, using the details on the return email you received after redemption. If you still need assistance, please complete the Contact Us online form here and we will come back to you within three working days.
A: Visit www.pricelesssydney.com.au and click on Log In, followed by Forgot Password. You will be prompted through the steps to retrieve your password.
Please allow up to 3 days to receive your password.
Q: Will my MasterCard card be charged if I register?
A: No. While the first 6 digits of your MasterCard card number is required for registration, your card will not be charged. Priceless Sydney is free to register for all MasterCard cardholders.
You will only be charged if you are purchasing an offer that requires a payment.
Q: How will my personal information be used?
Q: Do I need to re-register for the program when my card is renewed?
A: You do not need to re-register your card for the program as long as your card number has not changed.
Q: How do I manage my email reminders?
A: At any time you can personalise your subscription to receive emails that match your interests. Just sign in and click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the website, then click on the Email Settings options.
Q: How do I redeem offers?
A: When you click on an offer you like, you will be provided with instructions and information about how to take advantage of it. Certain offers are purchased through Priceless Sydney and others are purchased through a merchant/retail partner. The offer Terms & Conditions page will provide this information.
Q: What do I do if a merchant/retail partner did not honour an offer/experience available on the Priceless Sydney site?
A: Offer restrictions may apply. Please refer back to the offer/experience page or complete the Contact Us online form here so we can look into this for you.
Q: What is the policy for cancellations and refunds?
A: Each offer contains its own cancellation and refund policy in the offer Terms & Conditions depending on the nature of the offer. Please read though the Terms & Conditions and look at your email confirmation to see if your experience can be changed or cancelled.
Q: How do I verify my reservation?
A: All bookings are confirmed by email.
Q: How can I cancel or change a reservation?
A: Each offer and experience will have its own terms and conditions. Please check the terms and conditions relating to your specific offer.
Q: How do I opt out of the Priceless Sydney program after I have enrolled?
A: Please log in and go to your Profile to delete your account. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer receive emails regarding the Priceless Sydney program.
